Michelle Bowman, MD, is an experienced neurologist at the Norwood location of Riverhills Neuroscience in Cincinnati, Ohio. With board certification in neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Bowman's expertise lies in treating multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica, and other autoimmune and inflammatory neurological disorders.
Dr. Bowman earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio, and her neurology residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, where she also completed an internal medicine internship. She later completed a multiple sclerosis clinical care physician fellowship, sponsored by the National MS Society, at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Bowman is actively involved in advocating for MS-related issues to the Ohio State Senate and is a member of the Ohio State Medical Board. She has been recognized for her exceptional leadership and teaching abilities with the Arnold P. Gold Humanitarian and Excellence in Teaching Award.
Dr. Bowman is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
