Dr. George Jewell is a highly respected clinical psychologist and board-certified neuropsychologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of patients experiencing difficulties with memory, concentration, and other aspects of cognitive functioning. He sees patients at the Riverhills Neuroscience location in Centerville, Ohio. His expertise spans a wide range of neurological conditions, including memory disorders, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, brain tumors, epilepsy, normal pressure hydrocephalus, traumatic brain injury, and cerebrovascular diseases.

Dr. Jewell has extensive experience from his previous roles. He has served as an assistant professor at Wright State University, staff neuropsychologist at the Wallace Kettering Neuroscience Institute, and staff neuropsychologist at the Lindner Center of HOPE. Additionally, he provided his expertise as a consulting neuropsychologist for LifeCare Hospitals of Dayton.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Jewell has been recognized for his contributions to research and clinical practice. He was honored with the Dean's Award for Outstanding Accomplishments in Research and received the Merit Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His research endeavors were further acknowledged with the National Institute of Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) Pre-Doctoral Fellowship in Rehabilitation Research.

Dr. Jewell has made significant contributions to the field through his published papers and presentations at both national and international conferences, focusing on cognitive and emotional changes in patients with neurological disorders.
