Riverhills Neuroscience, a 22 physician, multi-specialty neuroscience group, has consolidated their clinical and corporate headquarters to a new facility at Linden Pointe in Norwood – creating a larger, more modern campus for comprehensive neuroscience care. In addition to 8 staff neurologists, this location includes a new MRI Center, and a spacious Infusion Therapy Center. “The new offices are state-of-the-art—a lot lighter and brighter and more comfortable for patients,” says Barb Dechering, CEO. “We treat patients with complex diseases or injuries of the nervous system. Centralized services at a convenient location is important.” Linden Pointe in Norwood is located at 4805 Montgomery Road, just off the Norwood Lateral.

During 2016, the divisions of Neurosurgery and Pain Management also moved to the Norwood campus. New, modern suites offer patients a more spacious, comfortable experience, with the convenience of other services and specialists at the same location. Physician visits, MRI, and infusion therapy – if required – can all be scheduled on the same day.

Riverhills Neuroscience corporate services and billing department have also relocated, streamlining every aspect of the operation. More than 100 Riverhills employees are now at the Norwood headquarters. “We strongly believe in the coordinated care of Neurologic disease, and this centralized business entity emphasizes that specialty,” says neurologist Dr. James Farrell. “We believe that good care, efficiency, and thus cost-effectiveness are best served in this model.”

For almost 30 years, the specialists at Riverhills Neuroscience have diagnosed and treated complex conditions that include multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic pain disorders, movement disorders, spinal disorders, tumors of the brain and spine, epilepsy, and migraine. “I am honored to work with such a caring, dedicated team,” says CEO, Barb Dechering. “We continually provide quality care and hope for patients and their families. It makes me proud.”
