Riverhills Neuroscience recently received the following letter of gratitude from one of our patients. It serves to remind us of the tremendous gift we have to help improve the quality of life for patients each day. Thanks to all that help make the Riverhills team so fantastic!

Riverhills Neuroscience:

I wanted to take a moment to share with you my experiences with your organization over the past 7 months. I feel that all too often those in management positions only hear feedback about their organization when there is a complaint or a problem, and wanted to give you the opportunity to hear about what was an incredibly positive experience for me.

My initial referral to Riverhills was to see Dr. Onassis Caneris back in April of this year. This led to several more visits with Dr. Caneris, an MRI at your Wellington location, a consultation and then surgery with Dr. P. Robert Schwetschenau, and finally physical therapy with Patrick Murphy. Along each step of the way I encountered friendly, professional, and thoroughly helpful staff. From the answering service to the front desk staff at each location, to the MRI technicians, physician’s assistant and physical therapist, to the physicians themselves, every single person was helpful and pleasant. My phone calls were returned quickly, and I did not wait excessively for appointment times. All of my questions were answered and complicated details were explained to me in a way I could easily understand. My experience simply could not have been better.

It could be said that my high opinion of your company is simply due to the fact that I am now completely pain-free after having been in severe pain for almost a year, but in reality there is a lot more to it than that. Even if my surgery had not been so successful, I would still feel immense appreciation for my experiences at Riverhills. I would like to offer my deep gratitude to you and each member of your staff at Riverhills, and also congratulate you on what is, from my experiences, an extremely well-run and professional organization with fantastic employees.
